In compliance of the order of this Court, disobedience whereof has been complained of, the Controller of Examination, Jai Prakash University has passed an order dated 19.04.2022, however, by the said order it has been held that the result of the petitioner cannot be declared.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to assail the said order dated 19.04.2022.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
