The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of murder of the deceased who is wife of co-accused Guddu Prasad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is the Gotani of the deceased and she has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Guddu Prasad. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Gauri Ram Shankar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Mashaurhi in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 86 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
