The petitioner has prayed for restoration of CWJC No. 17145 of 2012 which was dismissed for default vide order dated 22.10.2013 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
After being heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the reason given in the restoration application, more particularly, in paragraph-6 of the restoration application, let CWJC No. 17145 of 2012 be restored to its original file subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Two
