5 13-09-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Chairman of the Tambaku Wyawasai Sahyog Samiti Ramiya Devi i.e. respondent no. 6 died during pendency of this writ application, as such, this writ application has become infructuous. However, learned counsel submits that Nirmala Devi has been elected as Chairman of Tambaku Wyawasai Sahyog Samittee and she is entitled to manage the P.D.S. shops run by Tambaku Wyawasai Sahyog Samittee. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner may be permitted to file representation before the S.D.O., Mahua, District Vaishali i.e.

respondent no. 4, who may be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file representation before the S.D.O. Mahua, District -Vaishali i.e. respondent no. 4 raising his grievance within a period of fifteen days and if such representation is filed, the S.D.O., Mahua, District Vaishali is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the representation.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
