The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.02.2016 passed in CWJC No. 6181 of 2011, the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Lakhisarai has taken a decision in its meeting held on 28.08.2019 which is at Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 6, as has been communicated to the petitioners vide Memo dated 05.09.2019. It is prayed that the petitioners be granted liberty to challenge the same inasmuch as the case of the petitioners has stood rejected.
The learned counsel for the contemners Ms. Abhanjalli, AC to GA-12 has got no objection.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid decision contained in Memo dated 05.09.2019.
