(The proceedings of the Court are being conducted by Hon’ble the Chief Justice/Hon’ble Judges through Video Conferencing from their residential offices/residences. Also the Advocates and the Staffs joined the proceedings through Video Conferencing from their residences/offices.)
3 02-07-2021 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):
i) To complete the process of selection of Aanganwari Sevika within a time frame at centre No. 259 of Ward No. 4 of Panchayat Pakharam Uttari in a transparent manner considering the case of petitioner, who is at Serial No. 01 in
Patna High Court CWJC No.7684 of 2021(3) dt.02-07-2021 2/2
the merit list and also for quashing the comment made in Abhiyukti column of the merit list dated 04/11/19. (ii) For also to direct the respondents not to disqualify the petitioner on the basis of earlier order of the District Program Officer, I.C.D.S. Darbhanga passed vide Memo No. 1100 dated 29/05/2019 in earlier selection process, which was later on cancelled.
(iii) For quashing the memo No. 1100 dated 29/05/2019.”
On 21.05.2021, we had passed the following order:
“No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. On earlier occasion also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
List this matter on 02.07.2021.”
Even today, none has entered appearance on behalf
of the petitioner.
As such, the present petition is consigned, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if need so arises.
