The present writ petition has been filed for directing
the respondents to insert/affix photographs on the registration form, marks sheet, admit card and original certificates of the petitioner pertaining to the Matriculation Examination, 2016.
The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a counter affidavit and has submitted that the photograph of the petitioner has already been affixed upon the marks sheet, registration form and the original certificates of the petitioner, pertaining to the Matriculation Examination, 2016. As far as admit card is concerned, it is submitted that fresh admit card cannot be issued.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

case, the present writ petition is disposed off, however, with an observation that the photograph of the petitioner affixed on the marks sheet, registration form and original certificates, pertaining to the Secondary School Examination, 2016 (Annual) conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna would be deemed to be the photograph required to be affixed on the admit card of the petitioner.
