The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner on the post of ‘Anganwadi Sevika’ in the Anganwadi Kendra- Chowk Bazar- 2 (Anganwadi Kendra Code 252), Ward No. 09, Gram PanchayatSitanabad, South under Simri Bakhtiyarpur Pariyojana in the District of Saharsa, for which the petitioner is legally entitled to.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 5.1.2021, passed by the District Programme Officer, Saharsa, by filing appropriate

appeal.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal before the District Magistrate, Saharsa and in case such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by the District Magistrate, Saharsa within a period of eight weeks, thereafter, in accordance with law, without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
