The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Alok Ranjan, learned AC to AAG 5 appearing for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities, more particularly, the Sub Divisional Officer, Rosera, Samastipur to revoke the suspension of the P.D.S. license of the petitioner bearing License no. 8 of 1995.
The learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may approach the S.D.O. Rosera for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sub Divisional Officer, Rosera, Samastipur for redressal of his aforesaid grievance and in case, appropriate petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
