These two writ petitions CWJC No. 5462 of 2019 and CWJC No. 2560 of 2019 are identical in nature and having similar reliefs, accordingly, they are clubbed together and are being heard and disposed of by a common order.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 05.10.2020 passed in CWJC 3438 of 2019, with the liberty to petitioners as granted in that case.
