Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gawalpara P.S. Case No. 79 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 511, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioners is that they commited robbery and also tried to commit rape on the informant.
Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
