APP for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.
The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Simri P.S. Case no. 341 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he produced forged credentials at the time of their application for the post of teachers.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner

that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has submitted his matriculation certificate passed with 3rd division and not with the 2nd division. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Umesh Prasad has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13641 of 2021 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Simri P.S. Case no. 341 of 2019, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Buxar subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
