State.
Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after five days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest and surrender within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
