The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in

offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 448, 353, 407, 147, 148, 149, 332, 325, 326, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.7 has been arrested, therefore, this application has become infructuous against the petitioner no.7.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous against the petitioner no.7.

Allegation against the petitioners are of protesting the non-supply of food during flood.

In the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners except petitioner no.7 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-IV cum A.C.J.M.-XII, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No. 368/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
