Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is accused in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 492 of 2019 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, he has been made accused. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2020.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
