Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 02.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69225 of 2019.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to COVID-19 Lockdown, and also because the petitioner was suffering from jaundice and was under treatment, he could not surrender before the court below within the time fixed by this Court, vide order dated 02.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69225 of 2019.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the modification petition is allowed. Petitioner is granted further four weeks time to surrender before the court below, in view of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21156 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2021 2/2
the aforesaid order.
The order dated 02.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 69225 of
2019 stands modified to the extent, as indicated above.
