Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The instant application wherein bail was granted to
the petitioner by order dated 14.9.2021 in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case no. 38 of 2019 has been listed for correcting the typographical error which has occurred in paragraph no. 2 of the order dated 14.9.2021.
Paragraph no. 2 on page no. 1 of the order dated 14.9.2021 shall be read as follows:-
“The petitioner has preferred the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case no. 38 of 2019 registered under sections 302, 376A, 376D, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.”
The order dated 14.9.2021 stands modified to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11865 of 2021(5) dt.06-10-2021 2/2
above extent.
