Following relief(s) have been sought for by the

petitioner in the present writ application:

“1(i) For issuance of an appropriate

respondent for quashing order dated 2710-2014 contained in memo No. 1577 whereby and whereunder the respondents have awarded punishment to the petitioner of lowering down his basic pay scale at the lower grade for last 2 years with non-cumulative effect.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s to the respondent to pay the retirement benefits of the petitioner and revise his pension with effect from 01/11/2014 and pay the arrears of pension along with interest as applicable due to undue delay caused.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s to the respondents to give effect to the order dated 27-10-2014 contained in memo no. 1577 at least with effect from 01/11/2016 the date when the effect of order dated 27-10-2014 would come to an end.

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s to the respondent to pay all the arrears to the petitioner after re-calculating the pension BLC and other retirement benefits of the petitioner”.

Considering the relief(s) sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file/make a representation before the concerned authority within a period of twelve weeks from today for redressal of his grievance. The

concerned authority shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing/making of such representation.
