Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State counsel as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board through video conferencing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the competent authority i.e.
