Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned SC 19 for the State.

The petitioner has moved the Court for the following

reliefs:

“That this is an application of issuance of appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions for setting aside the order dated 05.07.2019 passed by the Respondent no. 3 in Complaint case no. 502210116081800-973/2A whereby and where under it was illegally held that petitioner has wrongly obtained the basgeet parcha and has directed the Respondent no. 7 to send a proposal for cancellation of bageet parcha before the Respondent no. 4 and after identifying the irring officer proposal has to be made to take disciplinary action against him and drop the proceeding and further for setting aside the order dated 18.10.2017 passed by the Respondent no. 4 in Case No. 40211-06592 whereby and where under he has directed the respondent no. 7 to disposed the grievances of the petitioner after taking personal interest of in delivery of possession till 25.10.2017 in pursuance of the order dated 05.03.2016 passed by the Respondent no. 6 in case no. 41/2013 And/or issuance of any other continued writ/writs under the facts and circumstances of the case.”

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 7 to comply with the direction issued by the respondent no. 3 passed in Misc. No. 502210116081800-973/2A dated 05.07.2019.

Learned counsel for the State agrees to the same.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 7 to comply with the

aforesaid order dated 05.07.2019, in terms of the previous order of the respondent no. 6 dated 05.03.2016 passed in Case No. 41 of 2013, expeditiously and latest within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
