The petitioners have moved the Court for the following relief:

“For issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, directions or order directing the Respondents to exclude the Petitioners lands appertain to R. S. Khata No. 125, 126, 127 and 128, Mauza Jahangirpur, Thana No. 202, Circle- Kasba, District- Purnea, from the Chak- Khatiyans of private Respondent No.4 to 34, prepared in consolidation proceeding initiated in the CircleKasba, District- Purnea under the provisions of Bihar consolidation of Holdings & Prevention of Fragmentation Act 1956, Or in alternate for a direction to the Director of Consolidation, Bihar, Patna, to dispose of the Revision Case No.344 of 2017 preferred by the Petitioners under Sec. 35 of aforesaid Act.”

petitioners submitted that the statutory revision filed before the Director of Consolidation, Bihar, Patna, is still pending, which may be directed to be disposed off.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that the Court may direct for such disposal.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed
