Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite issuance of appointment letter contained in Annexure 1, the petitioner’s joining has not been accepted till date. He has also drawn the notice of this Court to an order dated 08.01.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No.21686 of 2019, wherein the Director, Integral Child Development Scheme, Social Welfare, Government of Bihar has assured this Court on his personal appearance in the following terms:
“2. The petitioner has a grievance that though she has been selected by the Aam Sabha for her engagement as Anganbari Sevika of Anganbari Centre No.138, Ward No.11 of Chehra Kalan Block, in the District of Vaishali, so far she has not been formally engaged and allowed to function as such.

It is expected that the Director, Integral Child Development Scheme, Social Welfare, Government of Bihar shall take appropriate steps to ensure the joining of the present petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforementioned direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
