issue a writ commanding them to make necessary enquiries with regard to the merit list published by them in which they have selected respondent No.7-Sakali Kumari as a candidate for appointment on the post of Anganwari Sahayika.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.7 had produced forged and fabricated certificate for her appointment on the post of Anganwari Sahayika at Anganwari Centre No.125, Village-Behjadi, Ward No.14, Gram PanchayatSahdei Buzurg, District-Vaishali at Hajipur. It is submitted that the petitioner having come to know the said fact, filed a complaint before respondent No.5 on 28.11.2018 and 03.12.2018, but the respondent No.5 chose to ignore the matter and sat on it and as a result thereof, the petitioner filed a complaint before the Public Grievance Cell, Sub-Divisional-Mahnar, District-Vaishali on 09.12.2018. It is further submitted that the petitioner also filed a representation before respondent Nos.3 and 4 for making an enquiry in the aforesaid selection and on 05.01.2019, the Public Grievance Cell and the Sub-Divisional Officer, Mahnar, DistrictVaishali, after hearing the parties, has been pleased to dispose of her case with a direction upon the concerned authorities to make an enquiry and take action only thereafter against the respondent no.7. It is, however, submitted that the representation of the petitioner filed subsequent to the aforementioned order did not meet with success, which resulted in filing of the present writ application. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation dated 29.06.2019 has

remained pending till date, for which appropriate direction be issued so that the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, who has submitted that the issues involved several disputed questions of facts, the present writ application stands disposed of with direction to the authority, namely, the Child Development Project Officer (C.D.P.O.), Sahdei Buzurg, Vaishali (respondent No.5) to conduct an in-depth enquiry after hearing all the parties so as to resolve the issues finally. The said enquiry should be initiated within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and be concluded positively within a period of six weeks thereafter.

With the aforementioned direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
