By way of the present application, the petitioners

victim has categorically stated that she went together with one Alok Kumar out of her own sweet will and married on 25.07.2019 in a temple at Delhi, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIII, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.169 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
