No. 33081 of 2019, petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but in the petition the name of the petitioner no. 2 was typed as Deepak Singh @ Dipak Singh in stead of Deepak Singh @ Dipak Singh @ Deepak Kumar and petitioner no. 3 Rahul Singh in stead of Rahul Singh @ Rahul Kumar. It has further been submitted that name of the father of the petitioners was also wrongly typed as late Manu Singh in stead of Late Manu Singh @ Manoj Singh.

No. 33081 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the name of the petitioner no. 2 be read as Deepak Singh @ Dipak Singh @ Deepak Kumar, petitioner no. 3 be read as Rahul Singh @ Rahul Kumar and name of the father of the petitioners be also read as Late Manu Singh @ Manoj Singh and period of surrender of the petitioners is extended by four weeks from today.
