registered for offences under sections 306, 12(B), 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, the petitioners are made accused on the basis of suicide note found in the book of the deceased son of the Informant wherein it has been stated that the deceased had a physical relationship with Shilpa Kumari for last four years. It has further been stated that said Shilpa Kumari had also illicit relation with different persons including her own family members, whereafter, under the depression, the deceased has committed suicide.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a concocted story. Even presumption is created, the petitioners cannot be responsible because it is a case of commission of suicide having no relationship with them.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 396 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section

438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation/interrogation, they will remain present and if they would not present themselves, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
