Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with L.N.M.U. (University) P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation has been made that the petitioner had organized a Marathon race and for that purpose, he collected entry fees from the participants, but on the date of Marathon race, no proper arrangements were made and the petitioner, who was the main organizer, fled away after the chaos at the venue.
Looking to entire facts and circumstances of the

case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.U. (University) P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
