petitioner has not committed any offence in the manner alleged and he has falsely been implicated in this case with an oblique motive and no illicit liquor has been recovered from his conscious possession or from the premises belonging to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner was arrested subsequently, in this case on 22.02.2020 and since then he is in custody.
