The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/323/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section ¾ of D.P. Act.

Petitioner is husband of Opposite Party No.2. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2019.

Considering the nature of allegation and future chances of settlement of dispute, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
