Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with S.Tr. No. 280 of 2019 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 847 of 2015for the offence registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.12.2018.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional
