Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63609 of 2019 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Now charges have been framed in this case and there is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 16.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019.
