Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner is accused in connection with Asanwa P.S. Case No. 102 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of records, it appears that there is two different statements of one occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2019, having no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction
