After some arguments, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn this application with liberty to file regular bail application before the learned Court below.

It is made clear that if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and files an application for grant of regular bail, the
