The present petition has been filed for restoration of the original writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 3132 of 2004, which stood dismissed on account of non prosecution by an order dated 13.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3132 of 2004, since on several occasions, nobody had appeared for the petitioner.
