The short prayer of the petitioner is for revoking the suspension in view of the fact that the disciplinary proceeding sought to be initiated and proceeded with against the petitioner is pending since the year 2016 and there is no end in sight.

The learned counsel for the Respondent No. 7 i.e. the Managing Committee of Madarsa submits that the disciplinary proceeding shall be completed within a period of three months from today.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 7, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 7 to

conclude the disciplinary proceeding within a period of three months failing which the order of suspension shall stand revoked automatically.

It is needless to state that the petitioner shall cooperate in the ongoing disciplinary proceeding failing which the Respondent No. 7 shall be at liberty to proceed ex parte.

In the meantime, the subsistence allowance as payable

shall be paid forthwith, if not already paid.
