The present petition has been filed for restoring the
writ petition bearing CWJC No. 13881 of 2015, which had stood dismissed on account of non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioners by an order dated 13.5.2016.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the statements made in the present petition, it is directed that the writ petition bearing CWJC No. 13881 of 2015 be restored to its original file, subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/-with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
The restoration petition stands allowed on the aforesaid terms.
