5 23-01-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order of this Court, seven petitioners out of thirteen have already been granted promotion, however, the case of the six petitioners have been rejected, hence, the said petitioners be granted liberty to challenge the same before this Court.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the aggrieved petitioners to file fresh writ petition for redressal of their grievances.
