Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties as also the agreement reached amongst them, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of Matric trained scale on completion of three years from the date of joining of the petitioners as Assistant Teacher. It is needless to state that necessary decision should be taken by the respondents within a period of eight weeks from today and accordingly, the consequential benefits should be paid within a period of four weeks thereafter.
