ORAL ORDER
2 05-04-2019 After some arguments, Mr. Jitendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 02.11.2018 passed by the learned Additional Munsif, 1st Sasaram, Rohtas in Title Suit No. 05 of 2005 by which prayer of the petitioner under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure has partly been rejected.
The application is dismissed as infructuous.
