This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 10.09.2018 passed by the learned Munsif, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Title Suit No. 176 of 2003 by which prayer of the defendant/petitioner for appointment of fresh expert of Forensic Science Laboratory to examine the left thumb impression of vendor of the defendant over the sale deed in question has been rejected.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at

appropriate stage before the trial court.
Leave is granted.
