Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that since the petitioner has represented before the District Magistrate, Madhepura (respondent no.2) vide

Annexure-4 to the writ application, his grievance may be redressed if a direction is issued to the concerned respondent to consider his representation as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ application and take a decision thereon.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is being disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, Madhepura (respondent no.2) to look into the grievance of the petitioner, examine the same and take an appropriate decision thereon after hearing all concerned. The whole exercise must be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
