2 04-07-2019 In the facts of the present case where the petitioner admits that because of her mistake the column pertaining to the computer certificate in the checklist could not be marked, the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that she had furnished xerox copy of all the certificates including the certificate of computer course, therefore, rejection of her candidature is not just and proper, this Court thinks it expedient and in the interest of justice to direct the District Magistrate, Supaul to look into the representation of the petitioner as

contained in Annexure-6 to the writ application and take an appropriate view of the matter. In case, the District Magistrate proposes to pass any order which is likely to affect the interest of the private respondent no.8 she should also be given an opportunity of hearing. Let the whole exercise be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
