In this case, the petitioner has raised a grievance that
the Misc. Case No. 3 of 1991 is pending before the Labour Court, Purnia and that has not been decided by the Labour Court.
Earlier the case was filed before the Labour Court, Bhagalpur but, on bifurcation, it has gone to Labour Court, Purnia and, since then, it is pending before that court.
In view of the above, this Court directs the Labour Court, Purnia to dispose of the appeal on merit on day-to-day

basis within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is disposed of.
