Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the
learned Counsel for the respondent State.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that within two months from today the petitioner will submit the bills as required in the communication dated 20.12.2013 issued by the Food Corporation of India, Annexure 8 to the writ petition.
In the event such bills are submitted, the respondents would be obliged to consider the same without raising undue and unnecessary objection in respect of claim of the petitioner. The respondents should consider the resubmitted bills, if the same are submitted within two months from today, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
