2 28-01-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner has assailed the
impugned order dated 01.08.2018 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Saran at Chapra whereby and whereunder the Headmistress, Prabhu Nath Jamadar High School, Pokhraira has been restrained of her financial and administrative powers till further orders.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order itself is without jurisdiction, hence, the petitioner has

approached this Court directly.
Without going into the merits of the case, this Court is of the view that the District Appellate Authority, Chapra, Saran should finally dispose of the pending Appeal No. 26 of 2015 within a period of four weeks from today.
It is directed, accordingly. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions. The petitioner is directed to submit a certified copy of the present order before the appellate authority within a period of one week from today.
