At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ application the inter regional routs have been formulated and permanent stage carriage permit has already been issued to many persons.
In that view of the matter, the writ application has lost its relevance, however, learned counsel for the petitioner has raised a number of pleas with regard to anomalies adopted by the respondent authorities in the matter of grant of permanent stage permit.
Since, the permanent stage permit has already been issued after formulation of inter regional routs in accordance with law, nothing remains for adjudication in the present case

that too when the persons to whom permanent stage permit has already been issued are not parties to the writ application.
This writ application is, thus, disposed off as having
become infructuous.
