dated 08.11.2017 passed by D.C.L.R., Danapur, who disposed of the case of private respondents in view of the notification issued by the Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, as contained in Resolution no.6/Kha.Ma. vividh (Bakast Malik)-

01/2013, 925 dated 11.11.2014 and letter no.486 (6) dated 10.05.2018, which are meant to settle the disputes of the persons with regard to gairmazarua malik/government land/bakast land.
The petitioner claims that he has purchased such land from Lakshman Lal. The claim of the petitioner cannot be decided in this writ petition. If the petitioner at all has got any claim, the petitioner may file petition within two months before the D.C.L.R., Danapur, who shall dispose of the petition of the petitioner in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
