The petitioners seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.8101 of 2019, arising out of Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.330 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The petitioners are sitting in auto-rickshaw at Punpun for going to Patna. The present case was lodged on the basis of information given by a driver of auto-rikshaw and from the auto-rikshaw, about 15 liters of country-made liquor was recovered, for which the petitioners are in jail since 09.09.2019.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above
