The short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the Land Encroachment Case No. 21 of 2013-14, pending before the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Circle Officer, Ramgarh, Kaimur.
Having regard to the short prayer of the petitioner, the Circle Officer, Ramgarh, Kaimur is directed to take steps for disposal of the aforesaid pending Land Encroachment Case within a period of 18 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the said case has not already been disposed of.
The present writ petition stands disposed off on the
terms.
