Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.
The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 460 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment At, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 60 liters of illicit country made wine from a sack, which was allegedly being carried by the accused persons including the petitioners.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioners are having a clean

antecedent and they are languishing in custody since 28.11.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IICum-Special Judge (Excise), Katihar in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 460 of 2018.
